What do you think Sierra College will look like ten years from now and what will be the role of the online program?

I think that Sierra College will be a community serving the many students in greater Placer County and beyond. With the rapid growth in Rocklin and the increasing costs of education, Sierra College will be a wonderful asset to the community in terms of educating students in a variety of ways in a wide variety of skills.

The online program will be key to Sierra College’s growth and success. For courses suited to the online framework, the accessibility and flexibility will make them a wonderful addition to the traditional on-the-ground education style. It will relieve crowding at certain times of day and create and additional, sense of community for students who cannot attend classes physically but want to engage in the educational experience.
